Option 1: Request Account Deletion via Website Support

1. Visit shop.wpaintgenie.com.ng and log in to your account.

2. Navigate to Contact Us, Support, or Help Center.

3. Submit a request clearly stating that you want to delete your WPaintGenie Shop account.

4. Provide the following details for verification:

   • Full name

   • Registered email address

   • Registered phone number

5. Submit the request.

After verification, your account will be permanently deleted within a reasonable processing period.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

1. Send an email to the official WPaintGenie Shop support email address.

2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”

3. In the email body, include:

   • Your full name

   • Email address linked to your account

   • Phone number linked to your account

   • A clear request for account deletion

Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be deleted, except where data retention is required by law.

Important Information

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

• All personal data, order history, and saved information will be removed.

• Any pending orders, refunds, or disputes must be resolved before deletion can be completed.
